The maintenance of hydraulic press in automobile production needs to pay attention to the following matters:
1. Check the hydraulic oil regularly-ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, take samples and test it regularly, and replace it in time if the oil is seriously polluted.
-Check the oil level, keep it within the specified range, and replenish it in time when it is insufficient.
-Pay attention to the temperature of hydraulic oil to avoid the oil temperature being too high or too low. Generally, the appropriate temperature is between 30-55℃.
2. Cleaning and filtration system
-Regularly clean the impurities and deposits in the fuel tank.
-Check and replace the hydraulic oil filter to ensure the filtering effect.
3. Fasten the connector
-Regularly check the bolts, nuts and other connectors of various parts of the hydraulic press to ensure that the fastening is not loose.
4. Check the seal
-Observe whether the seals are worn, aged and leaked, and replace the damaged seals in time.
Step 5 lubricate parts
-Regularly lubricate moving parts, such as slider guide rails and columns, to reduce wear and tear.
6. Electrical system maintenance
-Check the electrical wiring for damage and aging, and ensure the normal operation of electrical components.
-Clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet to prevent short circuit and fault.
7. Safety valve and pressure relay
-Regularly check the safety valve to ensure that it works normally under the set pressure.
-Check the set value and working state of the pressure relay.
8. Cooling system
-Check the working condition of the cooling system to ensure that the oil temperature can be effectively controlled.
9. Mold maintenance
-The mould should be cleaned, rustproof and properly stored after use.
10. Equipment operation monitoring
-Record the operating parameters of the equipment, such as pressure, stroke, speed, etc., so as to find the abnormality in time.
11. Training and operation specifications
-Train operators to ensure that they use the equipment in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
12. Regular comprehensive maintenance
-Make regular comprehensive overhaul plans and conduct comprehensive inspection and maintenance of equipment.
13. Reserve of spare parts
-Reserve some commonly used vulnerable parts for timely replacement and reduce downtime.
